It’s true we specialize in high quality custom exhaust systems and we love building them but not everyone needs a custom stainless steel or titanium exhaust for a lightweight race car or a badass 800 HP street/show car. For the guy who just wants to make his daily a little more exciting without breaking the bank we offer the highest quality off the shelf systems and installation. Let’s talk about both options and which is best for you. 

Wether you need custom headers, a downpipe, a mid pipe, an axel back or a complete exhaust system we can custom build it. Here’s what we focus on when we build custom exhausts and what sets them apart from an off the shelf system. 

Our custom exhaust systems are built directly on your car with your power and sound needs in mind. This means no universal fit that rubs or rattles, unlimited customization options, and flow characteristics that will support your power goals. 

Fitment: We design every system to be easily serviceable, no hard to reach clamps and whenever possible no blocking other areas that need to be serviced. 

Sound: Looking for the best sound possible? We engineer your exhaust system choosing the best size and configuration for the sound you need. That may mean X- Pipes, high quality mufflers, resonators, exhaust valves, and more. Whatever your ears require. 

Power and Flow: We are experts on exhaust flow. Tell us your power goals and we will know exactly what you need. We size exhaust tubing to your engines needs, use loose radius bends wherever possible to minimize restriction, and purge every weld on your exhaust system. 

Purging means flowing welding gas inside your exhaust system as it is welded which keeps the inside smooth, promoting good flow and also decreases the chances of weld cracks. 

Materials: The exhaust material is highly important. We offer both 304 and 321 stainless steel, titanium, and Inconel. 

304 stainless is the go to for a simple custom exhaust on a show car, a daily, or a street car. 

321 stainless steel excels in high heat environments like headers and downpipes at a slightly higher price point. 

Titanium is the lightweight alternative for 304 stainless, it can cut a stainless exhaust systems weight in half but requires extra work and attention to detail to build a quality product due to its demanding welding process. Titanium is also more expensive than stainless steel and must be kept away from high heat areas due to its low tolerance for high temperature heat cycles. We often use 321 stainless or inconel in high heat areas with the titanium attached downstream in the lower heat area. 

Inconel is the best of both worlds. Inconel is high strength allowing it to be thinner than stainless steel and therefore far lighter. Inconel can also handle extremely high temperatures and heat cycles without weakening making it the ideal choice for high stress race environments. 

All of our custom exhaust systems come with a lifetime warranty and free installation! 

We do not provide warranties for custom exhausts built with customer supplied materials. Save yourself the trouble, It’s best to let us buy quality parts we know you can trust.

Since these are mass produced universal systems we cannot guarantee no rubbing, rattling, or easy serviceabilty but we will always do our best to eliminate them if we see any issues upon install.
